Tasks
Calculation and preparation of offers
Maintenance of customer data and administrative sales documents
Order entry and administrative support for our customers
Creation of export documents incl. organization of transports
Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
General administrative activities
Personal requirements
Completed commercial basic training
Some years of professional experience in a similar role
Very good MS-Office skills
German native language
Good English skills in spoken and written form
Independent and exact way of working
Flexible and team-oriented personality
