Your tasks

• Individual counseling and support of students, legal guardians, as well as internal school specialists in one or two primary school centers including kindergarten
• Planning and implementation of group- and class-related prevention offers, activities, and interventions to promote social coexistence
• Close cooperation with external partners and targeted forwarding of cases to specialized agencies to ensure optimal support

Your profile

• Diploma from a university of applied sciences for social work
• Strong counseling competence for different target groups, combined with an empathetic and solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication and moderation skills, especially in working with groups
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation in a committed team
• High resilience and assertiveness, even in demanding situations
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good administrative skills and proficient handling of IT applications
