Your tasks

• Cleaning and maintenance of AIRBNB apartments and service apartments, as well as rental apartments
• Ensuring cleanliness and order according to quality standards
• Changing laundry (bed linen, towels) and replenishing consumables (e.g., toilet paper, soap)
• Inspection of the apartments after check-out (report damages, missing items)
• Minor maintenance work (e.g., changing light bulbs, simple repairs)
• Preparation of the apartments for new guests (check-in readiness)
• Cleaning of rental apartments of our tenants

Your profile

• Experience in cleaning is an advantage (hospitality, holiday apartments or similar)
• Reliable, independent and careful way of working
• High sense of quality and responsibility
• Temporal flexibility (assignments also on weekends/holidays)
