For an established Swiss company in the real estate environment, we are looking for a reliable and IT-savvy personality for long-term support in 1st Level Support at the Zürich location. You are the first point of contact for employees for everyday IT questions, support the onboarding of new colleagues, and ensure that the technical working environment functions reliably in everyday life.

What awaits you:

• Support for employees in daily 1st Level IT Support
• Processing of simple support requests and tickets
• Setup and preparation of workstations for new employees
• Troubleshooting typical hardware and software problems
• Support for regional employees with technical questions
• Cooperation with central IT or 2nd Level Support for more complex issues
• Support at the interfaces between the Zürich location and the headquarters

What you should bring with you:

• Ongoing studies (FH/HF/Uni) in (Business) Informatics
• Experience in IT support is an advantage
• Good knowledge of working with Windows workstations and common Office applications
• Understanding of typical hardware and workstation topics
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• Friendly and professional appearance
• Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing
