This is what you can achieve with us.

A flexible annual workload of around 50% with varied tasks in an exciting environment awaits you. Your assignments take place at two customer locations in close proximity to each other.
You are part of our flexible reception team and undertake regular, predictable assignments. During holiday absences, illness or other absences, you additionally support the team and provide valuable replacement assignments. Working hours can vary between 06:50 and 17:10. Full-day or half-day assignments from Monday to Friday are possible.

Your tasks include:

• Friendly and competent customer reception
• Rapid and reliable receipt and forwarding of telephone calls
• Management of the access system
• Responsible parking management
• Ordering office supplies
• Further administrative tasks

You are a service-oriented and communicative personality who shapes our reception area with professionalism and warmth. You bring the following with you:

• Professional experience in the reception area or in a similar function
• Very good PC / MS Office skills
• Fluent Swiss German, very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, good French skills, other languages are an advantage
• Very high flexibility for various assignments
• Discreet, proactive and reliable personality
• Quick comprehension
• Accurate and very careful working in a team
• Polished interaction with visitors and employees
