Your responsibility :

• Legal cooperation primarily in the specialist areas of debt collection and bankruptcy as well as child and adult protection; occasionally cases from other specialist areas of civil law supervision may also be added.
• Drafting of Government Council decisions incl. case management
• Drafting of supervisory law decisions incl. case management
• Legal clarifications

• Understanding and empathy towards people in difficult life situations

Generalsekretariat / Aufsicht Zivilrecht

The Aufsicht Zivilrecht is organizationally assigned to the Generalsekretariat der Sicherheitsdirektion and comprises five employees. It exercises the supervisory function over the areas of inheritance law, land registry, commercial register, child and adult protection, debt collection and bankruptcy, as well as civil status law.
