For one of our clients in the luxury sector, we are looking for a Sales Advisor specialized in leather goods and luxury accessories as part of a long-term temporary mission at 60%, based in Genève.

Your missions: ##

• Welcome, advise, and build loyalty with local and international clientele,
• Identify customer needs and propose personalized support,
• Promote leather goods and accessory collections in compliance with the Maison's standards,
• Develop sales through an advisory-oriented approach and service excellence,
• Participate in the enhancement of the boutique (merchandising, replenishment, product presentation),
• Handle payments and sales operations,
• Contribute to stock management and merchandise tracking,
• Guarantee compliance with procedures and the image of the Maison.

Your profile: ##

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in the luxury, leather goods, accessories, fashion, or jewelry sector,
• Acute sense of customer service and a pronounced taste for commercial relationships,
• Excellent presentation and perfect mastery of luxury codes,
• Ability to create a lasting relationship of trust with a demanding clientele,
• Dynamic, rigorous, autonomous and endowed with an excellent team spirit,
• Fluent French; English is indispensable. Any other language constitutes a real asset.
