Employee Inside Sales Service Kitchen 50–80 % (m/f/d)

Employment type: Temporary (approx. 8 weeks)

Your tasks

• Receipt and processing of incoming goods of kitchen appliances and spare parts
• Planning and coordination of the assignments of two service technicians
• Appointment scheduling with customers
• Support of the inside sales in daily business
• General administrative work
• Cooperation with internal and external contact persons

Your profile

• Completed commercial or equivalent training
• Experience in inside sales, customer service or in a comparable function
• Good SAP knowledge as well as confident handling of MS Office
• Organizational talent and independent way of working
• Friendly and customer-oriented appearance
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
