Novasina AG is an internationally active company that has been developing, producing, and distributing high-quality sensors and measuring instruments for the measurement of humidity, temperature, differential pressure, and water activity worldwide for over 60 years.

Your tasks:

• Procure electronic components, printed circuit boards, assemblies, supplier selection and support, negotiate contracts, ensure quality and delivery reliability
• Improve procurement processes, maintain ERP data and increase security of supply
• Assess SMD assembly equipment, process control, manufacturing capacity, flexibility as well as experience with comparable assemblies and prototypes
• Coordinate prototype production, sampling and assessment with R&D and quality assurance, implement technical changes after approval

Your profile:

• Training in electronics/Technical procurement
• Several years of professional experience and understanding of technical procurement, supplier selection, negotiation, contract design and supplier development
• Sound knowledge of electronics, SMD manufacturing and testing technology, experience with external assembly partners
• Confident in handling technical documentation, ERP and Excel, very good German & English
• Independent, structured and strong in implementation, with negotiation skills as well as high quality and cost awareness, your positive and human nature contributes to pleasant cooperation in the team
