Within the municipal administration, the Social Services department fulfills the tasks of a contact point for people in personal, family or financial difficulties. Together with all those affected, interdisciplinary, bridging and permanent solutions are found.

Your main tasks

• Clarification of entitlement and provision of social assistance benefits
• Support, counseling and personal care of clients in statutory
• Social assistance and of advice seekers using modern methods of social work
• Investigations on behalf of the family court in the area of children/adolescents

Your profile

• Recognized training in social work
• Professional experience in the field of statutory social assistance and/or child protection
• Interest and skills in counseling people from different age groups and cultures
• Decisiveness and assertiveness
• Enjoyment of working in a team, with authorities and institutions
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, KLIBnet)
