To reinforce our 8-member team <<Finanzielle Hilfe>> we are looking for a/an Jurist/in -- Fallverantwortliche/r 50% What you can achieve with us * Independent processing of applications for financial assistance (management of procedures, issuance of orders and preliminary decisions, monitoring of payments) * Telephone and written communication with applicants, victim counseling centers and lawyers * Drafting statements in appeal proceedings * Participation in the development of guidelines and information sheets as well as in projects * Examination of recourse when providing victim assistance benefits You fit us if you * have completed your legal studies (MLaw), possess several years of professional experience in court, in criminal prosecution or in administration and the drafting of decisions is nothing new to you * have experience in criminal law as well as interest in liability and social insurance law issues and are willing to work hard to familiarize yourself with victim assistance law and the corresponding practice * possess excellent German language skills and editorial skill * are decisive and enjoy working independently and precisely * have understanding for difficult situations of victims and want to contribute with commitment.
