With over 146’000 insured persons and 433 affiliated employers, BVK is the largest pension fund in Switzerland. It is a private law foundation and has a large portfolio of directly held real estate. In Switzerland, it rents out over 6’500 apartments and over 350’ 000 m² of office and commercial space and has a strategic pipeline with development projects. BVK also uses its real estate expertise for the granting of mortgages. It manages investment assets of well 45.8 billion francs. Responsible investing is an integral part of the investment activity.
What your main tasks are
Creation and sending of digital communications including target group-specific variants
Further development of communication along the customer lifecycle
Data management & segmentation in the CRM, including maintenance and further development of target group logics
Analyses, reporting and A/B tests for the continuous optimization of our communication
Conception and implementation of the further development of the online portal regarding communication according to life phases and the relocation of customer communication to myBVK
Event automations: registration confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and surveys from the CRM
What you bring
Education or further training in marketing with specialization in marketing technology or marketing automation (federal diploma or Bachelor). Also possible business informatics specialist with further training in the field of marketing
Experience in CRM, marketing automation or campaign management
Good understanding of data logics (data models), target groups and performance metrics
Experience with e-mail marketing, dispatch processes, reporting and A/B tests
Proficient German skills in speaking and writing
High affinity for digital tools, processes and AI applications
