We wish to recruit a Legal Counsel fr-ang (all) for a mission within a private bank in the area.

Mission :
-------------

• legal support during the launch of new products or service offers, analysis and update of contracts and contractual documentation
• legal support regarding Cross Borders
• participate in the management/follow-up of successions, litigation and client claims
• occasional support for financing requests, preparation of contracts, conditions and legal documentation

Profile
----------

• Bar exam in Swiss Law, French native language, fluent English and German a serious asset
• 3 years of experience as a legal professional ideally in the banking field in Switzerland
• good knowledge of banking and financial products
• ability to draft legal documents, analytical mind and communication ease
• organized, sense of service, solution-oriented and proactive
• Resident in Switzerland and available quickly for 7 months minimum
