Nurse / Nursing Assistant 60-80%

Your mission :

• Ensure care adapted to the needs of residents and promote their daily autonomy
• Perform the monitoring of care and participate in the continuity of care
• Collaborate with the different stakeholders and partners of the health network
• Ability to manage your visits autonomously
• Be attentive to the needs of the elderly person
• Actively participate in exchanges within the multidisciplinary team
• Take part in the continuous improvement of services and in the various projects of the department

Your profile

• State-recognized nursing or nursing assistant diplomas
• A first experience in home care is an asset
• Autonomous, reliable and organized person, attentive with a good team spirit
• Comfortable in diverse situations and able to show discernment
• Excellent human and relational qualities and very good ability to adapt
• Sense of responsibility, while ensuring optimal care in an independent manner
• Driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable
