SOCIO-EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANT OR SOCIO-EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANT AT 60%

Since 1 January 2026, the Espaces de vie enfantine (EVEs) are fully integrated into the Ville de Carouge. This municipalization is part of an approach to valuing professions, professionalizing practices, and managing the services of the nine early childhood reception structures.

Within the EVE de Pinchat, under the responsibility of its management and in close collaboration with the childhood educators, you will mainly be in charge of (re-) :

• Welcoming, accompanying, and ensuring the management of a group of children;
• Guaranteeing attentive and adapted support in daily life activities, particularly regarding proximity care and nutrition;
• Intervening in a mobile manner within different groups, according to needs;
• Participating in the planning and organization of activities in connection with the pedagogical project;
• Collaborating to establish and maintain an atmosphere favorable to the development of each child;
• Establishing a partnership with parents and/or any resource person;
• Actively participating in teamwork with your colleagues.

YOU OFFER

• CFC d'ASE, or recognized equivalent;
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field of childhood;
• Swiss nationality or in possession of a valid work permit;
• Ability to adapt and flexibility.
