Your tasks: Customer support & service consultation: At the reception, you are the first point of contact for our customers, advising them competently and ensuring they feel comfortable and acknowledged with us. Representation: You represent our company with a professional and friendly appearance -- both in person as well as on the phone and via email. Vehicle reception and handover: You receive our customers' vehicles and hand them back competently after the service. Appointment coordination: You organize workshop appointments, act as the link between the workshop and customers, and work closely with our sales team. All-rounder: You perform administrative tasks in daily business and are co-responsible for a well-maintained and inviting reception and showroom area. Substitution: Since you are a flexible person, you represent your reception colleagues at 100% during their absence. Your profile: You are a service-oriented, communicative personality with several years of professional experience and enjoyment in contacting customers. You have completed commercial training, organizational talent, and a friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance. High commitment and flexibility are a matter of course for you. You also keep a cool head in challenging situations. German is your mother tongue; foreign language skills in English and French are a great advantage.
