We are a specialized personnel service provider that has been recruiting tailor-made employees for our customers throughout Northwest Switzerland since 2008. For our customer, a company in an industrial environment in Fricktal, we are looking for an experienced personality by arrangement.

Here you can contribute your financial knowledge and gradually expand your responsibility. You will start with a workload of 40%. As part of a planned retirement, it is intended to increase this to 80% in the coming years. Which additional tasks you take on also depends on your skills and your experience.

Your everyday life - numbers, responsibility and variety:

• You post accounts payable and accounts receivable and ensure careful processing of business cases
• You support the Head of Finance with daily tasks and free up his capacity in operational business
• You prepare the VAT returns for Switzerland and Germany.
• You take on complementary personnel tasks, for example accident reports and withholding tax statements
• You keep an eye on deadlines and pending tasks and complete your tasks independently and reliably
• Depending on your knowledge and strengths, you will take on further tasks in the finance and administration area
• In the course of the planned succession, you will gradually expand your area of responsibility

What you bring with you:

• Many years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• A commercial basic training
• Further training in the field of finance administration is an advantage, but not a must
• Many years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting as well as in the preparation of VAT returns, ideally for Switzerland and Germany
• A professional background in an industrial environment and enjoyment of a down-to-earth everyday working life
• A precise, structured way of working and the willingness to take on responsibility
• You are a doer personality: You recognize what needs to be done, think along and roll up your sleeves
• The perspective of expanding your workload from 40% to 80% in the next few years fits your life planning
