Our Credit Operations department team is looking, starting from February 1, 2027 or by agreement, for a motivated and experienced person, passionate about efficient credit processes and excellent customer service.

Your mission ##

• Processing of credit operations: You take charge of the complete processing of credit operations, particularly in the field of mortgages and current account limits (new business/increases/extensions/settlements, etc.). Your responsibility extends from the issuance of the contract to the suspension of limits, in addition to being the interlocutor for client advisors during the entire processing phase.
• IT systems management: You handle the entry and maintenance of data in IT systems such as Finnova, CRM, KBT, etc. and prepare the files for final control.
• Communication with internal and external bodies: You exchange via writing and telephone with authorities, notaries, insurance companies, pension institutions, third-party banks, and internal client advisors.
• Rating and balance sheets: Monitoring and execution of the reminder process for all annual account submission obligations. Recording and archiving of submitted closing figures. Preparation of ratings (company and real estate ratings), as well as performing rating controls.

What you bring ##

• Completed banking training or comparable training and further education.
• Several years of professional experience in the processing of credit operations, particularly in the mortgage field.
• You speak German fluently, ideally also French and Italian.
• You distinguish yourself by an autonomous, structured, and quality-conscious way of working.
• You are a responsible and reliable person, who likes to work in a team and maintains an overview even in stressful situations.
