Who are we?

The Haute école fédérale en formation professionnelle HEFP is the Swiss expert organization for vocational training. We offer training and continuing education to vocational training managers, we conduct research projects on vocational training, we contribute to the development of trades, and we support international cooperation in the field of vocational training. Our sites are located in Zollikofen near Berne (headquarters), Lausanne, and Lugano, with external sites in Olten and Zurich.

Communication Subject Matter Specialist at 40%

Your responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement the external communication of the HEFP, in coherence with the institutional strategy and guidelines
• Create, write, and adapt content for different channels (website, social networks, newsletter, media, etc.) and audiences of the HEFP
• Plan and implement communication measures for HEFP events, in collaboration with project managers and the partners concerned
• Ensure media relations, particularly in Suisse romande, active and reactive media work
• Coordinate and ensure the internal communication of the Haute école at the Renens site

Your profile

Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills, you represent the HEFP with professionalism and ease in different working groups and networks. You demonstrate autonomy, flexibility, and a good team spirit.

You have a higher education degree in communication, public relations, journalism, or a comparable field, as well as relevant professional experience in institutional communication.

You possess excellent writing skills in French, visual design skills, and are well acquainted with the Swiss vocational training landscape. You are comfortable with social networks and master the principles of digital communication. You have a good command of another national language as well as English.

Your sense of organization and your project management skills allow you to plan and implement communication measures for different events. You know how to coordinate several stakeholders and work effectively with internal and external partners.
