Your responsibilities

What you can expect from us:

  • Co-construction instead of convention: You develop an independent academic profile through your own re-search ideas, conceptual precision, and a strong interest in theory-based and experimental work.
  • Methodological strength: You develop advanced methodological competencies, particularly in experimental designs and meta-analytic approaches, and apply them rigorously in your own research.
  • Academic collaboration and responsibility: You contribute actively to the intellectual life of the lab, engage relia-bly in collaborative projects, and take ownership of project-related responsibilities.
  • Transfer with substance: You bring your research into dialogue with educational practice and relevant stake-holders, helping to strengthen the societal relevance and visibility of the lab's work.

Your profile

  • A master (or equivalent certificates) in the field of educational science, psychology, computer science, instruc-tional design, etc.
  • A strong focus on scientific work with a desire for interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Sound expertise in quantitative methods-ideally with a focus on experimental research
  • High interest in an academic career
  • Courage to innovate, paired with a healthy dose of pragmatism
  • Ideally initial experience in working in teams and research projects
  • Confident communication in English-our common working and publication language. Knowledge of Ger-man is a plus, but not a must!
