Your tasks ###

• Maintenance of customer, contract and condition master data in the forwarding software -Cargo Suite-
• Creation and updating of tariffs, ancillary costs and individual customer agreements
• Ensuring data and billing quality
• Checking and releasing invoice runs as well as clarifying billing conflicts
• Support for special customers and billing stops
• Support with price adjustments and processing of service processes
• Contact person for internal specialist departments and sales
• Administration and archiving of relevant documents
• Creation and maintenance of the billing master data of our network partners

Your profile ###

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Ideally experience in administration of land transport, billing or master data maintenance
• Very good Excel knowledge and confident handling of MS 365
• Careful, structured and independent way of working
• Strong understanding of data quality and numbers
• Teamwork skills, reliability and sense of responsibility
