• Counseling and support for children, adolescents and parents with personal, social and/or family problems
• Individual, group and class interventions
• Intervention in crisis situations
• Planning, organization and implementation of prevention offers
• Professional exchange with teachers, specialists and school managements
• Active interdisciplinary cooperation and networking with internal and external bodies (specialist centers, day structures, institutions, authorities)

Your profile - committed and empathetic ###

• Degree in Social Work, preferably with further training in school social work
• Practical professional experience in school social work or a similar professional field
• Sound experience in systemic-solution-oriented thinking and working methods
• Balanced, committed and resilient personality
• High communication, cooperation and team competence
• Ability to work with complex systems
• Interest in school development and educational issues
• Driver's license for mobility between the locations
