To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed and independent personality for the management of the Finance & Controlling departments.

Job Description ##

• Functional and personnel leadership of the Finance & Controlling and Purchasing departments with a total of three employees
• Responsibility for finance and accounting with a focus on financial accounting, controlling, and taxation
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to OR
• Budgeting, forecasts, and liquidity planning
• Responsibility for the internal control system (IKS) as well as cooperation with the external auditing body
• Contact person for banks, insurance companies, and external partners
• Management and further development of cost accounting
• Preparation of analyses, key figures, and reports for the management
• Monitoring the financial development of the company and development of optimization proposals
• Support in supplier negotiations and the further development of purchasing
• Collaboration in the optimization of financial processes and systems
• User responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics NAV / 365 Business Central
• Support and coordination of projects in the field of finance and administration
• Collaboration in the pension commission of the staff pension foundation

We expect ##

• Further education in finance and accounting or a comparable business administration education
• Several years of experience in finance and accounting
• Initial or several years of leadership experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in closing according to OR
• Good knowledge of budgeting, controlling, and financial planning
• Very good ERP knowledge, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV or 365 Business Central
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Analytical thinking and high affinity for numbers
• Team-oriented and communicative personality
