Customer Service Representative 50%

My Body My Soul is a brand in the beauty segment and specializes in the areas: weight loss, anti-aging, cellulite treatment and nutrition. We are currently looking for a dedicated customer service representative for the St. Gallen location at the earliest possible date. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently in a dynamic and professional environment and support our customers with their goals through excellent service.

Your tasks:

• Receiving customers
• Carrying out treatments with state-of-the-art technologies
• Conducting sales talks
• Maintenance of customer data and documentation of treatments
• Answering customer inquiries

Requirements:

• Polished and confident appearance
• Enjoyment in dealing with people
• Interest in beauty, body & aesthetics
• Very good German skills
• Sales strength and enjoyment in consulting
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
• Experience in the cosmetic field is an advantage
• Reliability and independent working
• Polished and sympathetic appearance
• Team spirit and a positive manner

Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is an advantage – but more important to us is that you fit in with us personally and want to develop yourself further. Training in our treatment methods and technologies will be provided by us.

Workload: 50 %
