• You provide professional and individual care and support to the residents.
• You accompany people with dementia empathetically and support them in their everyday life.
• You take on daily responsibility and coordinate the nursing processes on the ward.
• You are responsible for the nursing process and reliable nursing documentation.
• You carry out nursing and medical measures according to prescriptions.
• You work closely with the team and the relatives.
• You have a degree as a diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH.
• Experience in caring for people with dementia is an advantage.
• You encounter the residents with patience, empathy and appreciation.
• You work independently and value teamwork.
• You have good German language skills.
