Your game * Together with HR, you will build our group-wide Care Management and develop the necessary processes, standards and instruments * You support employees during long-term or recurring health-related absences and manage the cases from initial contact to closure * Together with the employees, managers and HR, you develop suitable measures for a sustainable return to the workplace. These include, for example, a gradual reintegration, adjustments to the workplace or internal relocation opportunities * You coordinate cooperation with internal and external bodies such as IV, accident insurance, treating specialists or other partners and organize joint meetings if necessary * You advise managers and HR on demanding cases, document the agreed measures and ensure professional and confidential handling of information * You are the contact person in HR for our apprentices and work closely with the vocational trainers, who ensure professional support, on questions regarding training * Our rules of the game * You bring several years of experience in Case Management, Care Management, in vocational reintegration or in a comparable area * Ideally, you have suitable education or further training, for example in Case Management, Social Work, Psychology, Health, Coaching, HR or Social Insurance * You know the Swiss social insurance system and are familiar with topics related to IV, accident insurance and vocational reintegration * You also conduct demanding conversations confidently, can build trust and combine empathy with the necessary professional distance * You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and handle personal and confidential information very carefully * You communicate confidently in German and English Your playing field We offer motivated personalities an extraordinary working environment in a unique casino atmosphere.
