Evening Cook

Restaurant in the Luganese area is looking for, immediately or from a date to be defined, an experienced, autonomous and passionate cook, with experience in traditional Ticinese cuisine and in the preparation of fast food dishes.

Required requirements:

• Experience in the catering sector
• Knowledge of classic Ticinese cuisine and fast food
• Ability to manage the kitchen in complete autonomy
• Ability to organize and carry out service even when working alone
• Passion for cooking and attention to the quality of dishes
• Seriousness, reliability and professionalism
• Good organizational skills and speed during service

• Permanent contract (70-80%)
• Evening employment exclusively, from Tuesday to Sunday
