Your mission in Bienne

You will relieve the manager of the Services RH et payroll during the SAP project phase and assume full responsibility for certain sectors of the payroll administration of the Ville de Bienne. You will support the Services RH team regarding daily questions related to payroll and human resources management.

The profile we dream of

• Completed training in commerce or business administration, ideally supplemented by a federal diploma as an HR specialist or social insurance specialist, or by continuing education in payroll management
• Proven professional experience in the field of payroll
• Solid knowledge of SAP
• French-speaking or German-speaking, with good knowledge of the other language
