What are your tasks?

• You support the team of the Cultural Funding department and the processes in the commissions administratively and organizationally.
• You process applications administratively in all areas of cultural funding.
• You are demonstrably strongly interested in culture, work in a structured manner, and like the mix of organization, administration, consulting, and teamwork.
• You advise applicants, provide information, network, and ensure the accessibility and availability of cultural funding.
• You support and secure processes for the further development of the strategy as well as the funding models in the individual sectors.
• You undertake secretarial tasks such as: telephone service, accounts payable workflow, maintenance of websites, and other administrative tasks.
• You organize team days and workshops and are the good soul of the department.

What do you bring with you?

• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in processing requests or applications.
• You bring very good German language skills in speaking and writing.
• You have excellent IT skills
• Making phone calls and personal consulting are fun for you.
• You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner.
• You have an interest in culture and a desire to get to know and network with the many cultural institutions and committed people in the Canton Basel-Landschaft and in the Basel region.
