For its Human Resources sector, the Pôle Santé du Pays-d’Enhaut is looking for a:

HR Specialist - Payroll (CDI - 60%)

Your mission:

• Ensure the monthly processing of salaries and their variable part (allowances, overtime, allocations, etc.);
• Manage procedures related to withholding tax;
• Establish various documents intended for employees and authorities (pay slips, salary certificates, etc.);
• Perform the necessary administrative procedures with social insurance, authorities, and external partners related to payroll.

Other responsibilities / versatility:

• Support the HR department according to its needs on various administrative tasks and processes: monitoring personnel files, monitoring medical certificates, managing sickness cases and absences, preparation of documents, etc.

Your profile:

• CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent;
• Certificate as an Assistant in personnel management,
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the healthcare field;
• Good mastery of standard IT tools; knowledge of Opale and PolyPoint (PEP) systems constitutes an important advantage;
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality;
• Excellent oral and written communication;
• Versatility, flexibility, spirit of initiative, and autonomy;
• Excellent sense of organization and rigor in work;
• Good resistance to stress and ability to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously.
