You are interested in supporting us, in particular, with the following administrative and organizational matters:
Mandate management and maintenance, including telephone contact with clients, authorities and other stakeholders as well as correspondence in German and English
Efficient planning and organization of meetings, internal and external events, lectures and travel
Invoicing and expense accounting
Drafting of contract documents, corporate law resolutions, memoranda and legal briefs
Creation and design of presentations for internal and external purposes
Structured deadline control and prioritization

You are focused, constructive, humorous and work independently and precisely. Furthermore, you have a confident manner and ability to work in a team, you are ready to take on responsibility and support our company goals through a service-oriented way of working. You have sound user knowledge in MS Office and common Legal-Tech applications and, in addition to German, you also speak good English. Experience in the legal field would be an advantage, but is not required.
