Your tasks and perspectives ##

• First point of contact for patients, visitors, external customers and employees
• Ensuring reliable customer service (counter service in shift operation)
• Operating the telephone exchange and processing incoming mail
• Administrative admission and processing of patient master data in SAP (outpatient and inpatient areas incl. emergency station)
• Checking and clarifying insurance coverage incl. requesting deposit payments

What you bring for this position ##

• Completed commercial or medical basic training
• Sound, multi-year professional experience in the healthcare sector and foreign language skills an advantage
• Readiness for shift operation incl. weekend service
• Resilient, conscientious and friendly personality
