Construction Site Technician

The employer is looking for a:

Construction Site Technician at 50% (reported profession)

Tasks:

• management and supervision of construction sites;
• planning and organization of activities;
• coordination and control of worker teams;
• verification of the progress of works;
• control of personnel hours and performance;
• preparation of liquidations and site accounting;
• elaboration of estimates and offers;
• requesting and comparing offers from suppliers and subcontractors;

site inspections;

• management of relationships with clients, works management, designers and suppliers;
• support to the Management in technical and organizational activities.

Requirements:

• diploma in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent technical training;
• experience in the management and supervision of construction sites;
• good organizational skills and autonomy;
• ability to coordinate workforce;
• good IT skills;
• ability to read plans and technical documentation;
• predisposition for practical work and presence on construction sites;
• excellent knowledge of Italian
• good knowledge of English
• knowledge of the German language is a preferential qualification
• we are looking for a precise, reliable, responsible person with good interpersonal skills, interested in filling an operational and organizational role in close contact with Management and administration
• category B driving license
