Senior Program Officer ##

Genève | 14 oct. - 31 déc. 2026 | Fixed-term contract

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Officer to support a high-level international gender equality program during a maternity leave replacement.

Key responsibilities ###

• Coordinate program and grant closing activities
• Manage partner relations, budgets, deadlines, and reporting
• Support governance and steering committee activities
• Lead operational preparation for the next phase of the program
• Monitor program risks, milestones, and performance

Your profile ###

• Degree in social sciences, public health, business administration, or a similar field
• Strong experience in project/program management
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, budgets, and deliverables
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent English; French is an asset
