Your responsibility:

• Co-development of the individual treatment plans of the committed persons within the framework of key person work
• Training of everyday, self, and social competences
• Design of free time and weekly organization
• Participation in projects and working groups
• Documentation and reporting

Your background:

• You have a completed education in Social Work FH, Social Pedagogy HF or an equivalent recognized education in the social field.
• You bring experience or willingness to learn for socio-pedagogical work in the forensic context with adolescents and young adults. You possess the ability to interpret the behavior of young adults.
• You have emotional stability and a professional handling of closeness and distance.
• You work activity-oriented and with mental flexibility.
• You can express yourself fluently (spoken and written) in German.
• You are ready for team and shift work.
• You possess driving license B, are at least 26 years old and have an impeccable record.

Das MZjE Arxhof is an institution of the Nordwest- und Innerschweizer Strafvollzugskonkordat and offers space for 46 young male offenders between 17 and 30 years old. The MZjE Arxhof imparts to the adolescents and young adults through pedagogical and therapeutic measures as well as vocational training the ability for independent and offense-free life management.
