We are looking for our client for a:

Fiduciary Assistant 70%-80%

Missions:

• Handling telephone calls
• Secretarial work for the tax department
• Invoicing
• Drafting various correspondence
• Management of the office supplies

Profile:

• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent
• Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience within a fiduciary company or a large law firm
• Good French spelling and syntax
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B1 level)
• Very good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Precise, trustworthy person with a good presentation
• Schedule: - , days to be agreed
• Start date: immediately or to be agreed
