Your main responsibilities:

• Perform the disassembly and analysis of spindles to be overhauled (mechanical spindles, electro-spindles, and high-frequency spindles)
• Diagnose the state of components and define the overhaul requirements
• Carry out the assembly of new products and the reassembly of overhauled spindles, according to current technical standards
• Balance and perform the run-in of spindles during the product validation phases
• Perform dynamic measurements and validate spindle performance, before and after overhaul
• Write measurement reports and technical documentation
• Guarantee the quality and compliance of the work performed, on a protocol basis

What we are looking for:

• Holder of a CFC in Polymécanicien / Micromécanicien (or training deemed related)
• Experience in precision assembly (an asset)
• Analytical skills, strong team spirit, rigorous and autonomous
• Interest and ability to step outside the strict framework of the position (for example to perform spindle grinding work, manufacturing or retouching of small series / prototyping parts, participate in the continuous improvement of methods, ...)
• To be proactive and a partner
