About our customer

Our customer is an internationally successful, innovative industrial company based in the Zürcher Oberland. To strengthen the established finance team in day-to-day business, we are looking for a reliable, numbers-oriented personality for a limited assignment of around three months, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks

Accounts Payable (50%):

• Independent checking, coding, and posting of incoming invoices
• Clarifying discrepancies in coordination with internal interfaces (purchasing/goods receipt)
• Processing and preparing regular payment runs
• Carrying out account reconciliations as well as processing supplier inquiries

Accounts Receivable (50%):

• Posting all incoming payments and allocation of ESR vouchers
• Reconciliation of open items (OP lists)
• Support in regular dunning processes and reconciliation of customer payments

Qualifications

Your profile

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) as well as several years of practical experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting
• Experience in a manufacturing company / industrial environment is an advantage
• Proficient use of common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Abacus or MS Dynamics) and good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Languages: Fluent German in speaking and writing as well as good English skills
• Independent, precise way of working, quick comprehension and reliability in day-to-day business
