For our established clients in the main construction industry in the Luzern region, we are looking for an experienced and assertive Polier/in Hochbau for a long-term assignment with the possibility of permanent employment. This position is also suitable for very experienced Poliere/innen or leaders who wish to continue working after FAR and want to contribute their experience in a targeted manner.

• Employment: Long-term temporary assignment with option for permanent employment

Job Description

• Independent management and organization of the construction site
• Coordination of foremen and employees
• Schedule, quality, and cost control
• Work preparation and material disposition
• Reporting and construction site documentation
• Contact person for construction management, architects, and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with SUVA and safety regulations

This is not about loudness, but about leadership, overview, and structured processes.

Requirement Profile

• Training as Maurer*in EFZ
• Further training as Polier/in Hochbau (or equivalent experience)
• Several years of leadership experience in building construction
• Organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
• High social competence and assertiveness
• Very good German skills (speaking and understanding – mandatory)
• Residing in the Luzern region or mobile

Retired or FAR-near Poliere/innen are also welcome, provided they wish to continue taking on responsibility.
