Billing Clerk

The Seppeler Gruppe is a group of manufacturing service companies in Germany, Poland and Switzerland with a total of 1,600 employees. The 3rd generation family business specializes in hot-dip galvanizing, the execution of coatings and logistics services as well as the manufacture of containers and gratings.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a permanent position starting immediately or by arrangement for the SDL AG in Lotzwil (BE)
a Billing Clerk 50% (w/m/d)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the timely billing of customer orders and the creation of credit notes
• Collaboration in the recording of customer orders
• Competent management of the telephone switchboard in German and French
• Support of the team in diverse administrative activities

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, experience with Navision an advantage
• Confident oral and written German skills as well as
• French skills for telephone inquiries (B1)
• Flair for numbers, exact way of working and reliability regarding deadlines
