German-speaking IT Support Technician (50–100%)

Who are we
Neuralis SA is active in managed IT services, software development and artificial intelligence.

At the beginning of 2027, we are commissioning a new client portal for one of our clients.
To support this launch, we are looking for a German-speaking person
who will provide user support during the first three months.

Your role:
You are the first point of contact for portal users.

You will:

• respond to requests from German-speaking and French-speaking users (telephone, email, ticketing)
• support them in their first steps: account creation, login, navigation, use of functionalities
• diagnose problems (access, browser, device, data) and resolve them or escalate them to the development team with a clear description
• follow each ticket until its resolution and keep users informed
• write and enrich the FAQ and user guides in German
• report recurring questions and irritants to improve the portal

Your profile:

• Fluent German (native language or C1 level), both spoken and written; Swiss German is a plus
• good level of French to work with the team
• training or experience in IT (CFC, ES, HESou equivalent)
• comfortable with user support and web applications
• patient, clear and pedagogical with non-technical users
• organized, capable of managing a high volume of requests at launch - available for a 3-month mission from January 2027

Even better if you have…

• experience in helpdesk or application support
• already accompanied the production launch of a software
• familiarity with a ticketing tool (Zendesk, Jira…)
• notions of Microsoft 365 and web browsers
• knowledge of English
