This opportunity is particularly aimed at a recent graduate wishing to acquire first concrete experience in IT controlling. You will benefit from close support, develop a transversal vision of IT activities, and contribute to high value-added projects from your arrival.

As part of a temporary replacement, you will contribute to the operational continuity of the IT Controlling function. You will also participate in continuous improvement projects focusing on the automation and optimization of Budget to Report and Procure to Pay processes, the development of new steering capabilities, notably for external service providers, as well as the improvement of reporting.

Your missions:

• Ensure the operational continuity of the Procure to Pay and Budget to Report processes, notably through contract referencing, invoice processing, analytical accounting of information system costs, launching validation workflows, and the reallocation of Azure costs according to FinOps principles.
• Participate in improvement projects by contributing to the automation of monitoring and reporting processes, the analysis and monitoring of external service providers (expenses, performance, and contractual structure), as well as the optimization of Budget to Report and Procure to Pay processes.
• Contribute to the evolution and improvement of existing reportings in order to strengthen the quality and reliability of activity steering.
• Participate in the production and updating of dashboards and monitoring supports for the team.

Your profile:

• Bachelor or Master in management, finance, controlling, or information systems.
• Very good mastery of Excel; Power BI and Python are assets.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting, and budget monitoring.
• Ability to learn quickly, to work with rigor, and to gain autonomy.
• Good team spirit, sense of confidentiality, and interpersonal ease.
• Mastery of French and English.
