Integration Consultant (70 %)

Your main tasks
You are responsible for professional and goal-oriented counseling, application support, and the coaching of job seekers.
In close cooperation with the assigning social services, you regularly conduct status meetings and carry out appropriate assessments. Writing reports and regular feedback complement this exciting and varied field of activity. Furthermore, you will take on projects or roles as required.

Your profile
You have a completed vocational training EFZ or a completed degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. You have additional training in the field of counseling (coaching, job coach) or training in social work. You have experience in conducting conversations. You know the requirements, developments, and needs of the 1. labor market very well. You can organize yourself well independently, and you tend to see the glass as half full rather than half empty. You like people, are highly solution-oriented, and possess a healthy tolerance for frustration. You feel comfortable in a very dynamic environment and an agilely led team. You are open to change, are reliable, possess high social competence, and are resilient even in hectic times. You are a team player and an innovative personality. Experience in the field of labor integration is an advantage.
