Within our Contact Center at the central headquarters in Vernier/Geneva, we inspire our members through competent advice and offer them a unique customer experience.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, an enthusiastic personality who enjoys analysis and possesses a great sense of detail.

Your challenges ##

• With your team colleagues, you will be responsible for correcting client portfolios presenting anomalies and/or inconsistencies
• You will be required to examine and reconcile various incoming payments
• In support and collaboration with other teams and departments, you will ensure a high level of quality and customer service
• In order to guarantee accessibility to our members, you will actively participate in the support of our Frontoffice.

What you bring ##

• You have a strong team spirit, while knowing how to work autonomously
• You are solution-oriented, have a keen sense of logic and possess an analytical mind
• You are comfortable with numbers, have a sense of responsibility and an excellent ability to manage priorities
• You have an advanced level in French or (Swiss) German, and you have very good knowledge of the other language. Mastery of Italian is an additional asset.
• You have good knowledge of usual IT tools, with knowledge of Salesforce being an asset
• You are open to novelties and changes, you actively participate and propose continuous improvements, notably in the context of process optimization and automation.
