Healthcare Specialist EFZ for temporary assignment in the acute care sector

Are you looking for a new professional challenge and are you familiar with diseases and injuries of the bones and the musculoskeletal system?

For a surgical / orthopedic ward in a hospital in Bern, we are looking for a flexible, open and communicative healthcare specialist. This is a temporary assignment from 01.10.2026 - max 31.03.2027 (or also fixed-term until the end of Jan 2027).

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ (min. 2 years professional experience)
• You have work experience in the acute care sector, preferably in a surgical department
• You are willing to provide an assignment of at least 2-3 months in a team
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and can adapt to different patient situations
• You are reliable and have a competent way of working

Tasks ##

• Assumption of housekeeping, logistical, nursing as well as administrative tasks
• You support the patients in coping with activities of daily living
• You accompany and advise both the patients and their relatives competently and empathically
• You work goal- and solution-oriented within the interprofessional treatment team
