Caritas-Hospiz Zürich is an established social institution in the heart of the city of Zürich. For over 60 years, we have been accompanying people with chronic addiction and socio-psychiatric impairments in challenging life situations. In our manageable facility with 30 residential places, we combine professional key person work with an accepting attitude, short decision-making paths, and a committed interdisciplinary team.

We create a reliable living space in which stability, security, and individual development become possible.

To complement our care team, we are looking for a committed specialist (70% - 80%) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Key person work and accompaniment of our residents
• Planning, implementation, and review of individual care goals
• Support with health-related, social, and administrative issues
• Cooperation with authorities, specialist agencies, as well as medical and therapeutic services
• Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team as well as shifts in the day and late shifts (no night shifts)

Your profile

• Completed training in Social Work FH, Social Pedagogy HF, or Nursing Psychiatry HF/FH
• Interest in working with people with chronic addiction and socio-psychiatric impairments
• Appreciative, professional, and accepting basic attitude
• Independent way of working, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
• Humor, composure, and joy in a versatile task
