Sales Consultant (w/m/d) BS

Tasks:

• With your sales and technical skills, you will look after the shop customers
• Proactive approach to customers
• Competent advice on all products/services such as communication and entertainment solutions (Mobile, Internet, TV), Security, Cloud, etc.
• Presentation of the shop as an experience world: Presenting the devices and services
• Developing ideas from daily business to help shape the shop
• Checking new deliveries regarding quality, quantity, time
• Preparation of goods for return to the distribution center
• Receiving repaired devices and preparing them for handover to the customer, including information regarding readiness for collection
• Participating in inventories

Profile:

• Completion (EFZ/EBA) in a sales or service environment
• Experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry is a great advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact and interest in the chosen industry
• Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products
• Very good German and good English skills
• Sympathetic appearance as well as communicative skills
