Your profile
You have experience in real estate accounting or real estate accounting and bring good knowledge in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting. Experience with annual financial statements as well as heating and service charge settlements is an advantage. Ideally, you know AbaImmo and have good MS-Office skills.
Your strengths are an independent, exact and reliable way of working as well as a responsible handling of numbers. You enjoy working in a team and appreciate contact with internal and external contact persons.
Your area of responsibility
Management of accounts payable accounting
Ongoing bookkeeping of the affiliated foundation
Participation in annual financial statements
Assistance with heating and service charge settlements
Processing of payment transactions
General accounting tasks
Support with administrative topics related to our rental properties
