Haute école de psychologie appliquée FHNW, Centre de formation continue ##

Your tasks :

As the continuing education manager, you will strengthen our team at the Centre de formation continue of the Haute école de psychologie appliquée, FHNW. In this role, you will work in the various development processes of our continuing education programs and support the center particularly in the following areas:

• Development of the continuing education offer portfolio (SAS, CAS, MAS programs): participation in the development of new programs from design to implementation
• Co-creation of innovative teaching formats in continuing education and conceptual support for program managers in the areas of didactics and new forms of learning
• Implementation of communication measures in collaboration with our Communication & Marketing team
• Advising people interested in continuing education, including the preparation of events and active participation in external events
• Support for the management of certain continuing education programs
• Participation in internal projects aimed at optimizing structures and processes, for example during the implementation of a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Contribution to the development of evaluation concepts and surveys among continuing education participants, including data analysis and continuing education management control
• Editorial management of texts and specialized contributions in continuing education on current topics of applied psychology in the working world

Your profile :

You hold a master's degree in psychology, pedagogy or adult education and ideally possess the following skills:

• Ability for conceptual and systemic thinking, pleasure in working on projects and development
• Communication adapted to target groups as well as pleasure in exchanging with our continuing education participants and the various stakeholders and partner institutions of our haute école
• Proficiency in common MS Office programs; Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power BI are an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English as well as pleasure in writing and revising texts
• Sense of organization and planning as well as a structured way of working
• Flexibility and willingness to contribute to shaping future developments in a dynamic educational organization
