We are a lively village school with around 550 students, distributed across three school locations and five kindergartens. Currently, a new school building is being created, which expands our learning and living space and opens up new pedagogical possibilities. We see this development as an opportunity to actively shape the school and implement innovative ideas. We attach great importance to an appreciative community in which children, teachers, and specialists can feel comfortable and develop. We see diversity as a strength and design our lessons so that all students can learn and grow according to their individual prerequisites. A committed, interdisciplinary team works closely together and continuously develops the lessons. Cooperation, mutual support, and an open communication culture characterize our everyday life.

• Completed training as a teacher or studies at a PH - Communication skills - Psychological resilience - Organizational skills and independence - Pedagogical skill - Ability for self-assessment and reflection
